1. Return Eligibility
Since sweets and food items are perishable, returns are accepted only in the following situations:

The product was damaged or leaked on delivery

The product was expired or spoiled at the time of delivery

A product from the order was missing

The incorrect weight/quantity was delivered
❌ Returns are NOT accepted if:

You did not like the taste

You changed your mind after receiving the order

The item was opened, consumed, or stored improperly

Delivery failed due to customer unavailability

The issue was reported after 2 hours of delivery

The item is a customized sweet box or personalized order
2. Time Window for Returns
⏳ You must request a return within 2 hours of delivery.
Returns requested after 2 hours will not be accepted, as the product may lose freshness.
3. Return Requirements
To process your return:
You must provide:
📌 Order ID
📌 Clear photos/videos of the product
📌 Unopened & unused product condition (unless damaged)
📌 Description of the issue
Without proof, return requests may be rejected.
4. Non-Returnable Products
The following items cannot be returned:
❌ Fresh sweets (e.g., Rasgulla, Gulab Jamun, Barfi, etc.)
❌ Bakery items (cakes, pastries, cookies)
❌ Customized/Personalized gift boxes
❌ Festival special sweets
❌ Discounted or promotional items
❌ Items opened or consumed partially
5. Pickup & Return Process
If your return is approved:
1️⃣ We schedule a pickup or request you to bring the item to the store
2️⃣ Product will be inspected
3️⃣ Refund/Replacement will be processed based on approval
4️⃣ Refund may be issued to wallet/account/UPI
6. Return for COD Orders
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:

We may offer store credit, wallet refund, or replacement, NOT direct cash.
7. Wrong Address / Customer Not Available
If delivery fails due to:

Wrong address

Invalid/incomplete contact number

Customer unavailable
-
Entry denied by building/society
➡ The order will be marked as Delivered/Failed
➡ No returns or refunds will be offered.
